Anything over this is invoiced at £18.50 per hour

Senior florist freelance days - £18.50 per hour

Flourishing Feedback: A Voice That Speaks Volumes

The back story: After an epic wreath workshop in the Village Hall; in which it felt like we took the whole studio and the kitchen sink with us, so I stayed late by myself whilst E went home to wear her mum hat and sorted the studio back into order again. it really needed a good sort through, re group and deep bucket cleaning session! Just a few short hours later no corner of the studio had been left untouched…

Finding ways of creating breathing space for the ones who l work for, is totally where I find my joy - regardless if it's getting them back on track with orders, serving customers, sweeping floors or making tea.

I would highly recommend Rachel as she is skilled and can adapt to different styles of floristry. She's highly trustworthy and punctual and can be left to fulfil a brief without any overseeing
